Enjoy Our Local Food Experience

Welcome to Milk and Honey

Note from the Chef: New for 2025! In an effort to serve the best, most nourishing food possible, we are evolving our menu, cooking techniques, and ingredients. We are eliminating the use of all “seed oils” in our operations. This basically boils down to getting rid of our deep fryers and a couple of fried menu items as well as making our dressing’s, buns, sauces and stocks in house.

We are adding a lamb stew, two salads, and a traditional poutine as well as keeping some of our staples that fit this wholesome concept. We are also very excited to start serving “tallow fried potatoes” which consist of only 4 ingredients: grass-fed beef tallow, potatoes, Salt & spices.

We are committing to a 3 day a week semi permanent location in order make it easy for you to find us.

Check out our new 2025 menu and concept Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 3-7pm at:
The Village Food Truck Park 25 Fletcher Commercial Drive, Fletcher NC 28732
(online ordering available starting January 2025)

You can also find us every Monday in Brevard at The Hub and Pisgah Tavern as well as various breweries and events on weekends.

This is our 4th year operating our food truck/traveling kitchen in WNC and it has truly been a blessing! We are very excited to be able to share these offerings with our community and truly nourish our neighbors.
